Manitas de cerdo, paticas de cerdo, paticas de cochino.... In many places in Latin America and the Caribbean they're eaten as a stew or barbecued.

Gekko, in some countries you would use just "Puerco" because "Cerdo" would refer to the live animal and "Cochino" would be a filty person - hence not very appetizing - 005faa61, Nov 7, 2011
