What is a dispanchante?
What does the word dispanchante mean? I put it in the dictionary and got nothing.

Look for "despachante". That's my guess.
That's probably because it should be "despachate" from the verb despachar meaning to deal with. This is the imperative informal form meaning,
Deal with it yourself.
