You sign up with SpanishDict.com when you enroll as a site member providing them with an email address.

You sign in either manually or your browser does it automatically, every time that you visit this site. Your SpanishDict.com cookie is read.

You sign off or sign out every time that you close SpanishDict.com (again your browser can do it for you automatically). Your cookie is updated.

You can sign up for the army or a course of Spanish, i.e enrol.

You can sign in when you arrive at an hotel, or enter your name as a member to make it possible for a non-member to enter a club etc.

When you sign off you announce that you've come to the end of some activity. F.i. a final word at the end of a letter, or a fond farewell followed by a signature tune at the end of a radio programme.

sign up = put your name on a list, "sign up for the English class"

sign off = formal end of a radio or television broadcasting day. Also, somebody has formally approved a decision or plan (may be metaphorical).

sign in = identify yourself upon arrival, "sign in at the registration desk" at a doctor's office.
