i have an skin tag in my neck i would like the doctor to treat this condition.

"Skin tags' are "acrocordones" in Spanish. "Cabeza de vena" is "hemangioma" or "emangioma". "skin tags" are typically hereditary and have nothing to do with veins, vericose or otherwise.

Un acrocordón es un pequeño tumor benigno que se forma principalmente en las zonas donde la piel forma pliegues, tales como el cuello, las axilas y la ingle.

I would guess though that if you showed it to the doctor, it would not matter what you called it.
