SonrisaDelSol shoots to 25K!!

Question

Now, Sonrisa, the only way this post could possibly be as spectacular and as glittery as you make them... is if you posted it for yourself!

But I'm sure that others will make it nice and sunny showing you how much they appreciate all that you do!

You have definitely been a rising star (sun?) on this site from your first day waaaaay back on June 3, 2011.

Hola a todos!

I would just like to say muchas muchas muchas muchas muchas gracias for these kind, touching, heartfelt, supportive, and encouraging words. I gave a whole speech on my 10K celebration thread...so guess what? I'm going to do it again now, and then for my 50K, and 100K, jeje!!

First of all, thank you to Tosh for making this thread for me. Thank you for noticing and taking the time to create a celebratory thread. It really means a lot to me! Thank you so much, Tosh!

And for all of you who have posted, I am so grateful to have people in my Spanish-speaking life like you all.

I was overwhelmed with emotion (in a good way) as I read each post for two reasons. One, obviously because they were so sweet and made this celebration truly special. But two, I could read the ones in Spanish with minimal or no dictionary use. On my 10K, there were certainly some times when I had to double-click or type in some words on the SD dictionary. But, nope, not this time.

SpanishDict truly is the best place to learn Spanish as shown by this. I've been a member for just about 6 months, and in that 6 months, I've learned so much. Thank you to Paralee for making Spanish fun and to all of the admins for their support and help.

Each one of the SD member's has a very special place in my heart.

I haven't been as active on the forum lately because of school. It's been great so far this year, but it's definitely been busy and difficult!! Anyhoo, Spanish class this year has gone very well and it's been successful thus far. It's one of my favorite classes.

To sum up, I would again like to say thank you so much for all of your lovely posts. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Thank you all for supporting me during my learning process.
