How to Use Desear?

I know the present conjugations are deseo, deseas, desea, deseamos, deseais, desean, and the reflexive pronouns are me, te, le, nos, os, les. What I don't understand is how you make a sentence. What is the order, and how do you use the other verb or noun? Thank you!

le/les are not reflexive pronouns. Se is the 3rd person reflexive pronoun. - 0074b507, Nov 4, 2011

Your question is a bit unclear, but are you asking about sentences like:

Le deseamos que aproveche [usted] de la oportunidad.

Le is an i.o.p. and not a reflexive pronoun. The direct object of the sentence is the subordinate noun clause. Since desear is a verb of desire, wish, etc. the subjunctive is used in a subordinate clause having a subject change.

In English this sentence could awkwardly be translated as "we desire for you that you take advantage of the opportunity".
