Since you don't seem to understand how to conjugate verbs (from your other posts) let me discuss it in general
1st find the subject of the verb and the verb (the rest of the sentence is meaningless to this assignment)
1) tú tener
2) tú poder
3) el público votar
4) tu familia hacer
5) tu papá permitir
6) ellas visitar
7) tú estudiar
8) Carmen decir
Step 2. To conjugate a verb according to its subject you need to know the grammar person of the subject, the tense and the mood of the verb.
In this exercise, the future tense of the indicative mood is to be used in all sentences. Therefore, all you have to do is pick the proper endings for the future tense according to the person of the subject. (a few of the verbs are irregular in the future tense).
1) tú requires a 2nd person, singular verb ending
2) same
3) el público requires a 3rd person, singular verb ending
4) tu familia requires a 3rd person, singular verb ending
5) tu papá requires a 3rd person, singular verb ending
6) ellas requires a 3rd person, plural verb ending
7) tú requires a 2nd person, singular verb ending
8) Carmen requires a 3rd person, singular verb ending
step 3 (you can go to the conjugation table or learn the proper endings for regular verbs for the future tense: the verb infinitive + é, ás, á, amos, áis, án for AR verbs, etc.
por ejemplo, for sentence 1)
1) look up tener in the future tense , indicative mood and pick the 2nd person, singular form corresponding to (tú)

So your sentence should read:
1) ¿Qué (tener tendrás) tú que hacer para estar preparado?
Follow the same steps for all of the other sentences.
.¿Qué tenia tú que hacer para estar preparado? 2.¿poder tú visitar las playas de Cuba? 3.votar el público en estas elecciones? 4.¿Qué hacer tu familia este fin de semana? 5.¿Tu papá permitir salir esta noche? 6.¿Ellas visitar un café Cubano? 7.¿estudiar tú para ese examen? 8.¿Qué decir Carmen acerca de eso?
