After the presentation:

  1. To socialize with he/she co-worker interchanging e'mail and number phones.

  2. To look for a co-worker that has similarly ideas to improve his/her job.

  3. To write down the date of birthday to greet them.

  4. To take pictures to the face book.

  5. And to help them keeping a sense of cooperation when they need it.

Thanks wink

Socialize with co-workers exchange email addresses and phone numbers.

Look for a co-worker that has similar goals of improving in their job performance.

(this suggestion refers to the person improving in their job instead of the job getting better, I hope this is what you meant smile )

Make a note of people's birth dates in order to wish them best wishes on their birthday.

Take pictures for posting on face book.

Engender/foster a sense of cooperation between co-workers.

ps - actually your asking me what engender and foster meant in Spanish made me think of the English word that I really wanted lol smile - promote

Promote a sense of cooperation between co-workers

taking a lead from Quentin's answer on your other post when writing this kind of list you can just use the English imperative to start the sentence :) - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 3, 2011
What is Engender/foster mean in Spanish? - maylegoas, Nov 3, 2011
engendrar, promover :) - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 3, 2011
I think it should be "exchanging" emails and phone numbers instead of "interchanging." (: - carleyanna, Nov 3, 2011
