Question on Definite and Indefinite Articles?

"Me gusta llevar las camisas, las camisetas, los vaqueros, y los tenis porque son cómodos." Would this sentence require definite articles, indefinite articles, or none? I added them but I am unsure. When listing items, what should you use? Does it matter how many items are in the list? :D Thanks.

This is correct if you are making a general statement, but if you are talking If you are talking about what you are actually wearing, it will be better to use the singular for the objects, unless you wear more than one, like "zapatos"'
Me gusta llevar camisa, camiseta, vaquero y zapatos marrones.
