I do skating and horse riding.
I would like to know if these sentences are correct:
I do skating every day.
I do horse riding at weekends.
I am not sure about the uses of "do" with these sustantives. Thank you.

Hi, Nila.
This sounds more natural:
I go skating every day.
I go horse riding on weekends.
I go horse riding on weekends.
It's probably just a regional difference, but the expression "I go horse riding" sounds a bit off to me (not necessarily wrong, just odd). I think that I am probably more used to the expression "horseback riding" as in "I go horseback riding on weekends."
Or you can say. I skate every day and go horse riding over the weekend.
I think you could also say:
I skate every day and go horse riding on weekends.
