How do you translate 'Junta Medica" when you need to consult with several doctors at the same time for a serious medical condition?

Literally would be a "medical board".
But when someone needs to be assessed by more than one doctor due to a severe medical condition is a "medical assessment unit". At least that's how it's callled in the UK.
