Can someone help me to translate: have you done (something) yet?

I suppose a simple traslation could be "ya has hecho algo" But I don't like it. More context is needed than just a general one. Done can be translated using the following verbs,
Acabar, terminar, hacer, ir, and as for the infinitive there are a lot more Spanish verbs one could use.
