"Your ugly" does make sense if the "ugly" is an object. Maybe an "Ugly Stick"? That is a brand of fishing pole over here and some people might just call it an "ugly". I know most of this is nonsense, but it could be conveyed that way with the correct audience.

I have posted this response in the feminine form as I suspect you want to address this to another woman. A man would simply not use language like this.

Your ugly does not make sense in English. However, if you are trying to say that a person is ugly you should say "You are ugly" or "You're ugly" :D
