help with translation from 1840s text?
"con que habiendo yo procurado que seas tu el teniente con el objeto de que cumplas con mis ordenes segun y como te las comunique: no seas tonto: no veas que ahora es tiempo que Mauricio May pague el que le hubiese estado mandando, ganado y bastimento a Don Iman, para sostener la revolucion acabada?"
Can someone help me translate the above? What is confusing me is whether the sentence indicates that Mauricio May had sent livestock and supplies to Iman or whether that is what the speaker wants him to do.
Thank you so much!

ahora es tiempo que Mauricio May pague el que le hubiese estado mandando, ganado y bastimento a Don Iman...
This portion of the passage is the key to your question.
It really doesn't matter if you interpret "mandando" to mean "sending" or "ordering."
The bottom line is that the speaker has indicated that "Now is the time for Mauricio May to compensate Don Iman (with cattle and provisions)," a statement which indicates that said compensation has not yet been forwarded.
Not a native, but to me it reads like, a commander is telling his lieutenant to carry out his orders that he has conveyed to the lieutenant since he was responsible for his promotion to that rank, and not to act stupidly. He asks the lieutenant if he understands that it is time for Mauricio May to pay to Don Imal what has been ordered: cattle and supplies in order to support the ending of the revolution.
I see nothing stating whether Mauricio May or the lieutenant obeyed the orders.
yes, there is no accent used. It was written as "mandando". - Rajeshwari-
Yes, sorry, mandando
sending
I meant accents in the whole text, and no paragraphs?
mandado: sent here
Was this written like this? No accent used?
Please write this correctly and with paragraphs as it can change the meaning.
