This is the dimunituve form of sol (sun). If you love the sun very much, you could say it this way but be careful; many people tend to over-do the itos and it then their way of speaking becomes overly cutsie.

And qfreed is correct: It's spelled Solecito.

yo creo que la palabra que intentas decir es SOLCITO, por que no es muy comun SOLECITO.
