I am trying to convey the message that "They do not speak to one another" referring to a group of people not just two people and I'm not certain if the translator is accurate.

I am being told by the traductor:

No hablan entre sí. Ellos no hablan el uno al otro. No hablan entre sí.

No se hablan and if you want to make it clear that you are using the reciporal se you can add el uno al otro.
