The term 'semana inglesa' is used in some employment adds in Mexico. Does it refer to working hours or number of days worked in a week or something else?

Yes the term "semana inglesa" is the days from Monday to Friday

In México we have a game called "semana inglesa" too.

A couple, man and woman are back to back, Then a third person calls the days Monday to Friday and the couple must to turn their heads to the right or left for every day. If both turn their heads at the same side (man turn to his left and woman turn to her right for example) woman must to kiss to the man if not she must to give him a slap.

If both turn their heads to the same side (ie. the man to the left and the woman to the right), the woman has to kiss the man, otherwise she has to slap him.
