Spanish Food To Share With Class
My Spanish techer promised us that if we brought her heaps of lemons she would make us granizado. My friend and I decided that we should both make something for the class too, I was wondering if anyone knew how to make any other interesting Spanish dishes, apart from burritos or paella just because they might be harder to share...???

A nice Spanish Tortilla would be easy to share as you can cut it up into slices to pass around. There should be recipes on-line. I am referring to a Tortilla as an egg omelette as I believe it means other dishes in various parts of the Spanish speaking world outside of Spain.
I would go with Spanish rice because everyone loves it. You can serve it in paper cups with plastic spoons.
P.s. I know...horrible for the planet...but it's not realist that a student will be allowed to bring real plates and spoons to class.
I can vouch for this one, also the Goya connection is interesting. It works very well if you use a rabbit instead as an alternative making "Conejo al Chilindron"
Pollo al Chilindron It goes very well with rice, preferably "arroz amarrillo" made with azafran/saffron
Salsa or Guacamole are dips that everyone enjoys - the recipes can be found online - all you need to do is mix it together -- Add some chips and Sangria - you have a party.
I started a recipe swap thread awhile ago. It wasn't that popular
but maybe you can find an idea there.
