What does "me es muy grato" mean?

I don't understand what "me es muy grato" means and how it translates. Is it a phrase that can't be translated?

Hola Camipeb,
Grato here is an adjective, and muy is an adverb.
Es is a conjugation of ser (to be).
Me, here is a pronoun. Most likely it is an indirect object pronoun.
So, perhaps the full version would make more sense to you.
Me es muy grato a mí.
