A Level and AS Level

Question

Apologies for the double post but something went wrong with my previous post and I can't see it.

For anyone familiar with A levels, or AS level - at what level of Spanish proficiency would you put these?

For example, very basic, low intermediate, high intermediate, super advanced ?

That does not give me a bench mark. It seems to be that A Level is around DELE B2 - which in my opinion is prettyhigh ! So I am pretty impressed with our school children !! That is a very high level with very few hours of study in my opinion. - Stig345, Oct 27, 2011

I tried the link you gave as I was interested in comparing levels. However, it came up as "Forbidden" so I was unable to access.
