You probably have spelled this wrong, the sentence doesn't make sense to me I think what you probably mean is "a que hora te levantas?"

That would make sense, the second relative pronoun does seem superfluous. I definitely thought "te levantas" would make more sense, but I wasn't thinking about how "que" could have meant "te" here. - Fredbong, Oct 27, 2011
