What do you know about Cehape (should be in capitals)?

Can anybody tell me about CEHAPE and if this spanish sentence would make sense

"Este año, España celebrará el Taller Juvenil internacional de la organización CEHAPE. El Taller seré sobre el medioambiente y los niños pueden participar y dan su ideas."

I've got write a summary about the youth conference which was held in Vienna and provide context for the forthcoming event which will be held in Spain.

Here is my actual task: Formas parte de la junta organizativa de un Taller Juvenil internacional sobre el medioambiente que se celebrará este año en España. redacta un breve informe en español en el que proporciones un contexto al taller (c. 150 palabras) y propongas algunos temas que a ti te parezcan importantes para discutir en el mismo (c. 100 palabras).

C E H A P E seems to mean Children's Environment and Health Action Plan for Europe and is a undertaking of the World Health Organizatio.

I encourage you to do an internet search (Google, Bing, etc) for cehape (all capitals) and you will get many hits that might be helpful to your work.
