Using ti or tu?

When do you use "tí" instead of "tú"? At the ends of sentences? Is the rule more specific? A father says to his daughter, "Estamos muy orgullosos de [tú/tí]." Which one do I use?

Ti is the object pronoun.

Tú is the subject pronoun.

Estamos orgullosos de ti (or is it en ti? - It's ti in either case).

Let's call it an object of a preposition pronoun to distinguish it from te which some also call an object pronoun (atónico) - 0074b507, Oct 27, 2011
