If I am telling someone to give something back to me, return something that is mine, do I say "Devuelvamelo"? And where does the accent go in that? The tone is harsh, although not to someone one would use tú with.

Devuélvame/Regréseme(lo/la) -->formal.
Devuélveme/Regrésame(lo/la) ->informal.
