He gives me the creeps
Me da ñañaras. (Mexican)
Me da cosa.
Me da repelús.
I am looking for the way to say, He gives me the creeps. I believe that the first (which may be regional/Mexican) is more like having the feeling of butterflies in the stomach, being nervous about an upcoming event.
I think the second is closest to what I want.
The third I got from a discussion on line.
If someone could shed light on the nuances between these expressions, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.

As Jeezzle says--
I have heard this expression more than once and in different places:
Me da mala espina
There's a list here but I don't know how accurate it is.
Me da cosa .
