I need help with emotions words.
I'm confused about how to say, "He made me angry". or "It makes me angry". "I made her angry". " I make her angry". "It makes her angry when I". Angry can be substituted with Happy too.

He/it made me angry - Me hizo enojado.
It makes me angry - Me hace enojado.
A ella le hice enojada - I made her angry.
A ella le hace enojada cuando yo lo hago eso - It makes her angry when I do that.
To parse that last sentence:
To her it makes her angry when I do that.
Just use basic infinitives such as "enojar" (to anger, to make angry), "entristecer" (to sadden, to make sad), "alegrar" (to make happy), "preocupar" (to worry, to make worried), etc.
Pair these words up with the object pronoun:
Me enoja esa noticia - That news angers me/That news makes me angry. Me preocupa su actitud - His attitud worries me/His attitude makes me worried. Nos entristece su muerte - His death saddens us/His death makes us sad. Nos alegra tu llegada - Your arrival makes us happy.
To answer your specific questions:
Me enojó - He made me angry. Me enoja - It makes me angry. La enojé - I made her angry. La enoja que yo... - It makes her angry when [that] I...
