Could somone proofread my spanish sentences?

Question

La pregunta ( title of the story) Cuando éramos niños habíamos una pregunta. ¿Qué quieres ser? Habíamos tendió una grande respuesta. En realidad no sabíamos la respuesta a la pregunta.

Este poema es sobre el destino. Este poema dice Habrá que contentarse con menos en la vida. El Destino (personified) dice que no va a dárselo. La persona en el poema quiere grande destino. El destino dice que no va darselo. En el fin del poema la persona se rinde a destino. Pienso que la persona debería haber luchado para su destino. También el poema usa la frase con la pregunta dos veces.

Pienso que la significado más profundo en el poema es hay oportunidades buenos

para obtener su destino de su deseo pero no hay oportunidades para siempre.

The question when we where kids there was a question. what do you want to be? we had a impressive answer. In reality we didn't know the answer to the question. This poem is about destiny. In this poem destiny says that we will have to settle for less. The person in the people wants a grand destiny. Destiny wont give it to him. In the end of the poem the person gives up on destiny. Another note the poem uses the phrase with the question asked to the person two times. I think the deeper meaning in this poem is that there are good chances to obtain the destiny of our desire but these chances don't last forever.

La pregunta Cuando éramos niños habíamos una pregunta... (did you mean teníamos..we had?)

La pregunta que nos preguntabamos uno al otro cuando éramos niños fue "¿....?"

¿Qué quieres ser?

I think that the question should be ¿Qué quieres llegar a ser? You aren't asking «What do you want to be?» as a child, but what do you want to be when you are older. If not that, then, at least, use the future tense. (¿Qué querrás ser?)

El destino dice no se lo dar.

El Destino (personified) dice que no va a dárselo.

It is always preferable to include the English version so that we know precisely what you are trying to say. commented on.
