What would be the correct spelling and English translation?
The lyrics in Marty Robins' Return to me, :
Regresa mi.
No me dejes tan solo.
No me vuelvas la cara despues de que todo te di.

The first should be "Regresa a mí". The rest sounds correct. I don't have the original lyrics to compare though.
You cannot say "regresa me"! It is "regresame" and means "return that to me"!
And when we speak spanish fast, sometimes the "a" of "regresa" and the "a" of "a mi" became one, and we say "regresa mi" when we try to say "regresa a mi".
