Listing "responsibilities"

If I was trying to list actions that I do (In this example: actions at work) would this be an acceptable form?
Mis responsibilidads son a asistir el clientes, a poner el inventario, y a organizar las recetas de drogas. (Yo trabajo en una farmacía.)
In other words, I am asking if it is necessary to conjugate the verbs when I am explaining what I do.

I am not sure about "Poner el inventorio" for "to stock shelves".
As to the grammar, you can make a list using the infinitive as you did.
