Dears, kindly tell me which sentence is correct in grammar,

1. Lo que me gusta mas de mi trabajo es no tener que trabajar turnos.
2. Lo que me gusta mas de mi trabajo es que no tengo que trabajar turnos.

Both look correct to me.

That which (or What) I like most about my work is not having to work turns.

What I like most about my work is that I do not have to work turns.

I think más (more) still requires a tilde (acento ortográfico) to distinguish it from mas (but)

Once you insert the "que" after es, you must conjugate the verb in the clause.
