How would this be put in Spanish?

Not only will I gain a wealth of experience from the position, but I will also be able to bring my own knowledge to your company.

Please choose a shorter title in future. Your question can be as long as you like. - Eddy, Oct 16, 2011
Also it's I not i when used as a personal pronoun. - Eddy, Oct 16, 2011

In this case I would use the structure "no sólo..., sino (sino que) además (también)..." which expresses the English expression "not only...but also" When "pero" is used in a negative sentence structure it usually means "however" and indicates that something is done despite the circumstances hindering the action.

I would say "No sólo ganaré una gran experiencia en la posición, pero también podré traer mi propia sabiduría a su empresa."

I would also avoid forgetting to capitalize I, especially during a job interview.
