In the song he says "ella tiene bimbola" so I am not sure, but I definitely thought it could be "bimbo" but, there is a big brand of cookies called "Bimbo" too...

At the risk of sounding stupid, isn't this some kind of "Spanglish" derived from the word "bimbo".
