How do you make the highlighting box?

Ok, I've searched through past posts. I can't find any answer. How do you all make those neat yellow boxes that you use to highlight what others have already posted?

Just click on the option next to the little earth icon

or write this: > and then leave a space

Oddly, it can be nested, too.
