I'm going to try something new that I haven't seen been posted before; Every day, I will try to post a Frase Del Día, and I want to here what you have to say about them.

They will be totaly random so don't expect them to be based on a current event or anything and there all true!

Here's the first one:

Un pelo puede permanecer un máximo de 6 años en la cabeza antes de caerse.

A hair can stay in the head for 6 years before falling out.

Tell me what you think of this idea!

Hey! Just a few observations: no need for "been" in 1st line, "hear" vs "here," "totally" & "they're" vs "there"... sorry, just your typical English aficionado! :) - cristalino, Oct 11, 2011
I think it is a very novel idea! However, I suggest that you " Hear" from us; not "Here" from us. - kmaakheru, Oct 11, 2011
Hee hee, great idea! I wish I had thought of it. All the hairs in my flat somehow magically end up in my mouth when I'm brushing my teeth. - rabbitwho, Oct 12, 2011
Hey Rabbit, are any of my "left" socks in your flat, perchance? :) - cristalino, Oct 12, 2011

I would probably call this more of "una nimiedad" =o= "una trivialidad" than "una frase"... just my opinion...

I do like the English and Spanish side by side... that should prove educational in more ways than one! smile
