What does Seño mean?

In Guatemala female teachers were not addressed as Señora or Señorita, but Seño. I assumed that meant Ms. Is that correct?

Correct. "Seño", as far as I know, is only used with female grade teachers. It's short for "Señorita", and it is used in exactly the same way as "Ms." or "Missus" is used in some English speaking countries to address teachers.

Hi,

In México we use "Seño" or "Señito" as affective and very informal way to say "señora"

It's just short for "Señora", colloquial, it's not exactly a correct way of speaking but it is used by some people. Young people specially.
