Chat feature with Mac computer: Update; It works now!

Question

I just tried to use the chat feature with a Mac computer and I am not connecting with anything. Does anyone else have a Mac and does it work with the Chat here? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Sanlee! All of my computers are Macs. I can't do the chat on my iPad, but I can on my big computer. I had to download a different browser to do it, but it works. I'm not very computer savvy, but you could try it. I think I downloaded Mozilla (is that the name?).

Sandy you're right, it doesn't seem to work, I use Safari.

It works fine with my Mac as well. I use Firefox browser

I have a Mac and it hasn't been working for me either. I'm glad to know it's not just my computer, but I'm sorry that I have nothing to contribute as far as a solution to the problem : (

Today I tried the chat and it worked on the Mac. I am so excited! Thank you so much!

I tried with firefox with 2 macs at different places. I just can't get the chat to work. Maybe this is because they are laptops? I hope we can figure this out. Thank you everyone for your comments.
