What would be the closest way to say nevermind in Spanish?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I hear most people say "No importa" or "Olvídalo."
You can also have "no te preocupes" which implies the same sentiment.
Never mind is almost the same as it doesn't matter
You could say No me importa/No es importante para mi or better still no pasa nada depending on the context
So much of what you say in any language depends on the context which is critical in determining meaning.Infact the importance of Context can never be under -estimated!
For example
1 Hombre: ''Lo siento, he olvidado traer dinero para pagar la entrada (admisión) del teatro '' (I'm sorry I forgot to bring the money to pay the theatre admission)
Mujer: ''No me importa Tengo suficiente dinero. Puedes pagarla la próxima vez''
(It doesn't matter/it's not important to me I have enough money You can pay it next time)
Ex 2
Mujer a su amiga:
''Lo siento, acabo de derramar agua en tu nueva moqueta.
(I'm sorry, I have just spilt water on your new carpet)
''No pasa nada. No hay mucho''
(Don't worry about it. There isn't much (there) )
I hope this helps
