I have written translations for what I think you were trying to say in English Please correct me if I have misunderstood what you wanting to say .apologies in advance if I have got any of them wrong!

Se puede decir /You can say:
Vivo en Brooklyn, New York pero he vivido en Seattle, Washington, durante 7 años
= I live/am living in Brooklyn New York but I have lived in Seattle, Washington for 7 years
or you can say:
*Vivo en Brooklyn, New York pero viví en Seattle, Washington, durante 7 años**
Soy un estudiante de Poly Prep.
= I am a student of Polyprep
(You do not need to use personal pronouns eg ''Yo'' most of the time in this case: soy can only be for ''I ''.....1st person sing)
What exactly is Poly Prep ? Is it a Polytechnic? (Like a University)
El nombre de mi maestra de Español es la señora Catherine.(Almost correct!)
= The name of my Spanish teacher is Catherine
o Mi profesora de Español se llama señora Catherine
Do you mean her Christian name is Catherine or her surname?
My Spanish teacher's name is Mrs Catherine
Asisto a las clases de Español en el tercer piso
= I attend Spanish classes on the third floor

Please remember that languages are not capitalized in Spanish but nationalites are! When you are talking about a location you have to use the verb "estar"..La clase está en el tercer piso.
