Preparación 4 langostas individuales 4 cucharadas de mantequilla un pellizco de hierbas provenzales nuez moscada 2 copas de brandy sal y pimienta

Como prepararlo: fundir la mantequilla en un bol al baño maria. cuando este liquida, mezclar las hierbas provenzales, la nuez moscada y pimienta. reservarla. a continuacion, abrir las langostas longitudinalmente cuando esten todavia vivas. salarlas y colocarlas sobre una plancha de horno, con la parte de arriba abierta. untar inmediatamente la superficie del corte, con la mantequilla preparada. introducir la plancha al horno a 230 durante 3 minutos en funcion del gusto personal y el peso de las langostas. transcurrido este tiempo ponerlas al grill. cuando esten doradas, sacarlas y servirlas bien calientes con el brandy flameando por encima
