1. You can enjoy technology everywhere.

a. If there are good Universities and Colleges, therefore there are good technologies.

b. If in a big city there are big companies, therefore the people that work in these companies have the opportunity to use new technology.

1. More opportunity to succeed.

a. If there are in a big city the best Universities, therefore their students will have succeeded.

b. If the students out of the best Universities and then are the better, they will have succeeded in their future.

Please, is this OK

a. Leave off the therefore and do not capitalize Universities and Colleges. : If there are good universities and colleges there are good technologies.

b. Again, leave out the therefore. If there are big companies in a big city, the people that work in these companies have the opportunity to use new technology.

a. No therefore. Also to agree with "are" instead of "were" use "will" If there are the best universities in a big city, their students will succeed.

b. If the students come from the best universities and are therefore (yay, you can use it here) better, they will succeed in the future.
