What does the word "almuerza" mean?

I am doing Rosetta Stone, and I came accross the sentence, "Ella almuerza una ensalada." I know that almuerzo means lunch, so I'm pretty sure it means that she ate a salad for lunch, but I searched SpanishDict and cannot find that almuerza is a conjugation of any verb. Explanation please?

almorzar is to have lunch.

The "al" part is arabic.
The "morzar" part is from latin - morsal, or a little bite to eat.
It was made a stem-changing verb, and its related noun, as we know it today.

Almorzar is a verb, it means to eat for lunch. In this case, it means she ate a salad for lunch. The noun is almuerzo.
