If you want someone speaking Spanish to pronounce your name Willie (not just translate your name) you could spell it "Uili" for them since W is used so rarely or spell it "Wili" and educate those you meet. If you want a nickname that is more latin you could find out what name is often used for Guillermo but I have not heard of any.
