Translation help

Question

Hello,

I have been mailing back and forth with a hostel in Mexico and since I try my best at Spanish, their replies keep getting more and more difficult to understand. A few sentences here that I am not sure I completely understand, I am guessing mostly because of the grammar. Any help much appreciated.

"se le da la llave solamente al turista quien es responsable de la llave al igual que un hotel"

"lo que si estoy durmiendo debe recorgerlo usted sus datos y dejarmelo al dia siguiente en eso no hay problemas"
('recorgerlo' my main problem here)

"lo que hacen los demas no se"
('demas' my main problem')

"si se deside por favor hagalo saber"
("If you decide please let me know"')

Muchas gracias! It was pretty much what I guessed it was, but it is very nice to be sure. I really appreciate your translation help.

"one gives the key only to the tourist who is responsible for the key just like in a hotel" (maybe this means whoever is paying the bill gets the key')

"recorgerlo" is just a typo of "recogerlo" which mean to retrieve...The sentence means something like "if I am already asleep (when you arrive'), you will have to retrieve your personal info and give them to me the next day"? Ie., register in the morning, I'm guessing.

"demas" means "the rest" "what the rest do, I don't know"

you have the last phrase correct.

Remember, not everyone in Mexico has had an extensive education, and many people speak spanish as a second language, so grammar is not always perfect...
