Then what is the correct sentence

I have no idea what you want to say.

I'm planning a meeting?
I'm having a meeting?
We're going to have a meeting?
There is a meeting?

or as an example

No tengo la menor idea como hacer una reunión.

I want to say, he has a business meeting - beneskenazi, Oct 5, 2011
Él tiene una reunión. No need to use hacer. - Jack-OBrien, Oct 5, 2011
For simple sentences like this, you can just type it into the translator. - Jack-OBrien, Oct 5, 2011
For example: Él tiene una reunión de negocios. - Jack-OBrien, Oct 5, 2011

I don't know why it couldn't be used for any type of meeting because you're not actually talking about the meeting itself but the planning, the 'putting on', the 'doing' of the meeting.

The sentence is appropriate in itself; yet to include "De negocio" would make it unmistakable.
