Word Agreement Question

I looked up the word "record producer" on this website, and it said it was producer discográfico. If I am talking about a girl, do I say producer discográfica? Also, would producer, change to producera, or something like that?

Hi, 'record producer' is 'productor discográfico'...If it's a she then 'productora discográfica'
Both words change according to the gender of the person.
