How do you change ducharse to a negative commeand?

I need to know how to change this word to a negative command and could someone tell me an easy way to remember or what to do for both positive and negative commands even or the reflexive verbs... but i do know the me,te,se,nos,os,se... just dont know whether to put it before or after the verb

affirmative commands: The pronouns are attached to the end of the verbs.

negative commands: The pronouns precede the verbs.

This is true whether the command is a familiar command or a formal command, using reflexive or using object pronouns.

Keep in mind that with reflexive verbs that when forming the affirmative vosotros command that the "d" is dropped before attaching the os pronoun.

The pronoun stays attached to the end if the verb is in the infinitive (i.e. laverme, vestirte, etc,) or in the present progressive (estoy lavandome el pelo).
