"Estoy lleno" is the most usual. Another it could be:
Estoy repleto. Estoy saciado. Estoy empachado.
Pero yo suelo decir: "estoy lleno" ![]()
Hmmm, what comes to mind for me right away is estoy lleno/a. Let's see if a native has anything else to say.
Estoy harto. (just kidding) fed up just sounds like it should be appropriate here, but it isn't. Estoy relleno (stuffed like a teddy bear). I know all the wrong ones.
Estoy hasta arriba. Estoy saciado. (sated)
I'm ~ estoy lleno, estoy que no puedo más;
Hi, well, we say:
Estoy lleno, estoy que exploto![]()
Estoy para reventar.
"I am stuffed" is a common phrase in USA English to say you have a very full tummy after eating, but be careful using this English phrase in some other English speaking countries because it is used as sleazy slang.
No me cabe más comida....
In my opinion this relates more "to being stuffed".
"Estoy satisfecho" works too.
Hacerse lleno is a way to say this. I've heard more colorful ways to say it but just now I can't think of any.
