why cant i enter the chat!? every time i load the page the intro comes up but thats it

Yes, does anyone know why this happens?
Some people get stuck on the load screen, and just today I just get a blank white page. >.<
I cleared my cache, refreshed the page, tried a different browser and rebooted the computer.
Any ideas?

The chat is working fine for me. Maybe change your browser or clear your cache?
