Methods of PC Learning
I was hoping that you fellow SDers could help me with this. I want to be able to speak more fluently, improve my listening capabilities, and basically everything that comes with being able to have conversations in Spanish regularly. My dilemma is that I have learned majority of what I know over the internet, with the exception of a friend who I see for no more than 5 minutes a day (on weekdays). I try to talk as much as possible with him, but after awhile of badgering I stop because I can sense he is getting annoyed.
Do any of you have a good method to improve these skills over the internet, or a simple way to get exposure and practice that a minor could participate in?
Edit: And for no cost?.. (I'm low on monetary supply)

Reading books, newspapers, magazines, etc. online is great practice, as is listening to podcasts, and radio stations, and watching T V shows and movies. All of the above are available for free on the Internet. They won't replace a conversation with a real person, but they'll help a lot.
We have Skype chats here, but I don't know if being a minor would be an issue with those or not.
Both what Kevin said and what Roger suggested are really good ideas, especially listening to the radio.

You could pay for Skype lessons. There are a lot of companies in Central and South America that offer a relatively cheap service. Usually about $10 for 50 minutes.
As you are a minor be very careful with things like skype.
If you do want a tutor check with your parents/guardians, and take Mariana up on her offer, she will help you find someone trustworthy.
Minor or not you can still access the chatroom here which now has audio chats.
