Phrases like this often (usually) don't translate word-for-word into other languages. In fact, it's not obvious that this particular phrase would be understood in different English speaking countries. I'd guess it was chosen for its alliteration and its association with the old American West. You need to translate it into a standard concept first before translating it into a different language, something like, "Get ready for success".
